Objectives

The primary objective of this project was to deliver a seamless migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring zero disruption to Collective Competence’s daily operations. Beyond migration, the goal was to establish a secure, scalable foundation that aligned with enterprise-grade governance standards. This included strengthening endpoint protection with Microsoft Defender, enabling centralised device management through Intune, and creating a modern collaboration environment that integrates seamlessly with their Power BI dashboards. Ultimately, the project sought to empower Collective Competence with the tools and security posture needed to confidently scale their business intelligence services while protecting sensitive client data.

The Solution

CorIT Tech implemented a full-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring business continuity throughout the transition. This included the seamless migration of email and Google Drive data into Microsoft Exchange and OneDrive/SharePoint, providing Collective Competence with a unified and secure collaboration environment. To strengthen device security and compliance, Microsoft Intune was deployed for centralised management, configuration, and enforcement. In addition, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office, and Identity was implemented to deliver advanced threat detection and remediation capabilities.
